Special thanks to Tom and Dave for taking on a challenging install on a new condenser  unit on my ice box /refrigerator with pre existing holding plates on my sail boat....Not too many HVAC guys out there are willing or have the back ground  when it comes to boats or when its a little out of the norm. I am super happy to have Tom and his team solve my HVAC issue. They are the kind of "handed down from father to son," get it done service that is a rare breed. Two other HVAC services said they didn't want to get involved as it was an original unit with a new add-on heat pump (not a unified brand.) Tom came to help us last winter for an emergency right before we were hosting a party.  Heat was completely out.  He showed up quickly, diagnosed the problem, found the only person with the part in the Bay Area, drove an hour to get it and had us back running same day. I called Tom because I have a semi-professional walk-in cooler unit for my wine cellar/pantry that had stopped cooling.  It took a few tries, but he was able to find the tiny little part that was leaking coolant and fix the system without having to rip it all out of the walls. Working with Tom is great.  He's on time, and will give you a heads up before your appointment window on when exactly he expects to be there.  He's clean and organized.  Scheduling is straight forward and typically can arrive in a couple days for non-emergency cooler work.  Plus he knows his stuff and gets it done quickly.  I've been very happy to have found him and work with him.
